Agility & Strength
Benefit: balance, coordination, strength, and power. Agility drills and free weights (5 upper body lifts/4 lower body lifts with a trainer).
You will perform increasingly difficult foot drills using a variety of floor patterns and ladder drills to challenge your balance and allow you to develop the functional foot speed that your sport requires. Our agility drills were created to develop keen body awareness and control, allowing you to extend your boundaries of movement, increase foot speed, and generate faster response times. Strength training in our weight room is also part of the agility training. Athletes will lift with a trainer and we will chart upper and lower body lifts each session. Bench, rows, pull ups, squats, deadlifts, lunges, and single leg strength will all be taught to each player.
