Winter Golf and Fitness Program

All golf programs will be conducted in the back of the building in our golf studio. Camps will focus o proper warm ups, balance and flexibility. Short game, putting, and full swig drills will also be addressed and reinforced with video analysis. Our PGA professional, Phil Meyer, will be running all golf camps again this winter.

Golfers that are looking for strength and fitness only should contact owner, Curt Carbaugh, and set up a 90-minute evaluation. This will give you a program to follow with the option to gain access to our weight room and golf studio for the winter months.




Camp Dates
10 Hours of Golf Instruction.  January 2nd – February 1st.
20 Hours of Golf Instruction.  February 5th – March 8th.

60-Minute Sessions Include:

  • Golf specific warm ups
  • Posture and swing motion progressions
  • Video analysis
  • Full swing and ball striking
  • Strength and flexibility training
  • May include a short game

Session Days and Times:

Choose 2 days and times you wish Monday through Thursday:
4pm – 5:00pm                5:15pm – 6:15pm                 6:30pm –  7:30pm                 7:45pm –  8:45pm


One camp is $350. If you purchase two you’ll save $100 and pay $599. Only 6 people allowed in each camp. Unlimited practice time o off-days during your camp dates included!
