This program will focus on all of the following:
- INCLINE SPRINT TRAINING / HIP / GLUTE STRENGTH
- WEIGHT TRAINING IN OUR WEIGHT ROOM
- PLYO-PRESS / VERTICAL-JUMP TRAINING
- AGE APPROPRIATE, GROUND-BASED AGILITY TRAINING
2-3 Workouts/Week for 8 Consecutive Weeks. That’s up to 24 workouts – April through October
