HOPS – 8-Week Vertical Program (Basketball/Volleyball Training)

WANT HOPS? How high can you jump?

This program will focus on all of the following:

  • INCLINE SPRINT TRAINING / HIP / GLUTE STRENGTH
  • WEIGHT TRAINING IN OUR WEIGHT ROOM
  • PLYO-PRESS / VERTICAL-JUMP TRAINING
  • AGE APPROPRIATE, GROUND-BASED AGILITY TRAINING

2-3 Workouts/Week for 8 Consecutive Weeks. That’s up to 24 workouts – April through October

  • INCREASE OF UP TO 2-4″ IN VERTICAL LEAP
  • UP TO 6″ IN STANDING BOARD JUMP
  • .2 TENTHS OR MOVE OF AN IMPROVEMENT IN PRO AGILITY

Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Summer Hours: 9:00am – 9:00pm
