8 Week Vertical Program

WANT HOPS? HOW HIGH CAN YOU JUMP?

THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • INCLINE SPRINT TRAINING / HIP / GLUTE STRENGTH
  • WEIGHT TRAINING IN OUR WEIGHT ROOM
  • PLYO-PRESS / VERTICAL-JUMP TRAINING
  • AGE APPROPRIATE, GROUND-BASED AGILITY TRAINING

2-3 Workouts/Week for 8 Consecutive Weeks. That’s up to 24 workouts – April through October

SIGN UP FOR OUR HOPS, 8-WEEK SPEED/VERTICAL PROGRAM THIS OFF-SEASON AND GET.

  • INCREASE OF UP TO 2-4″ IN VERTICAL LEAP
  • UP TO 6″ IN STANDING BOARD JUMP
  • .2 TENTHS OR MOVE OF AN IMPROVEMENT IN PRO AGILITY
