Acceleration is a science-based speed and agility program that has over 30 years of proven results. We will teach you how to sprint and skate correctly on our running and skating treadmills and also increase your strength, vertical jump and overall athleticism.

No matter what sport you play: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Motocross, Roller Derby, Snowcross, Soccer, Softball, Track and Field, Triathlon, Ultimage Frisbee or Volleyball; we have the custom program to help you excel.
Alternate between running treadmill and plyo/agility workouts. Pre and post testing. Sessions are valid for 6 months from start date.
