REFUND POLICY:

  1. Full refund will be issued within 60 days after the purchase date if the sessions have not started.
  2. Anything after 60 days of the purchase the paid amount will be kept as a credit on the account and can be used within one year.  After one year the credit expires.
  3. There is no refund once the sessions have started unless an injury or a medical doctor excused illness.
  4. Your sessions will expire after one year of purchase.
  5. Rescheduling of sessions during the program must be made with at least 24 hours notification. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of those sessions.
